ESV350-2T-R Quartz Cut Diamond Wire Saw
Brief Introduction
Wise Saw machine model ESV350-2T-R was produced by Zhengzhou Ensoll Tools, uses diamond wire loop as cutting tool. The linear speed is 3 to 4 times of traditional wire cutting. The cutting speed is fast and it is easy to operate. The cutting equipment is suitable to cut almost all kinds of material such as glass, rock, jade, silicon, ceramics and so on, especially for cutting high-value hard brittle materials .
There are 2 guiding wheels on this machine ,wheel diameter is 400 mm. the linear speed can be upto 60 m/s.
This machine is vertical type , the cutting surface can be very nice with a rotary head.
